Terms of Service

Effective: April 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Council (“PCAC”, “we”, “us”) accreditation portal (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by licensed pharmacies and their authorized representatives seeking or maintaining accreditation with PCAC. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the pharmacy you are registering.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or circumvent its security.
  • Upload content that contains malware or infringes the rights of others.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Accreditation Review

Submission of an application does not guarantee accreditation. PCAC reserves the right to request additional information, conduct on-site inspections, and grant, deny, suspend, or revoke accreditation in accordance with its standards and processes. Accreditation is not a guarantee of compliance with applicable laws or regulations, which remain the responsibility of the pharmacy.

Fees

Any fees associated with accreditation, inspection, or renewal will be communicated separately. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the information and documents you submit. You grant PCAC a limited license to use that content solely to review your application, operate the Service, and fulfill its accreditation purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, content, and standards materials, is the property of PCAC or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCAC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may stop using the Service and request that your account be closed at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
