The Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Council (“PCAC”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains, in general terms, what information we collect when you use the PCAC accreditation portal, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

- Supporting documents you upload (e.g., licenses, certifications, reports).

We use the information you provide to:
- Verify your identity and secure your account.
- Review and process your accreditation application and related communications.
- Respond to your inquiries and operate the accreditation program.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the portal (for example, hosting, email delivery, and file storage providers), and only to the extent necessary to provide those services. Data Storage & Security
Application data is stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, and uploaded documents are stored in authenticated storage accessible only to authorized reviewers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain application and account information for as long as necessary to provide the accreditation service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your Choices
You may update your account information or change your password from your account settings. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Certain information may be retained as required for legal, audit, or legitimate operational purposes.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the portal, primarily to keep you signed in during your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
The portal is intended for professional use by pharmacies and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Significant changes may be communicated through the portal or by email.
